1. Who we are
These terms apply to kydos.sg and to the websites run by Kydos Pte Ltd (UEN 202308154M), registered at 280 Woodlands Industrial Park E5, Harvest @ Woodlands #10-11, Singapore 757322 ("Kydos", "we"). By using a site or buying from us you agree to these terms.
2. Free tools are information only
Our calculators, checkers and guides give estimates based on the inputs you provide and on public rules and data that can change. They are not financial, legal, tax, property or renovation advice. Check important figures with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you act.
3. Data packs
Data packs are digital datasets sold through resaleshdb.sg. They are compiled from public sources, including Singapore government open data, with our own cleaning and aggregation. The source is stated with each pack. After payment we email a download link.
- Licence: you may use a pack for your own or your company's internal business purposes.
- You may not resell, redistribute or publish the raw pack, or share your download link.
- Packs are provided as they are. We take care over accuracy but do not guarantee that every record is complete or current.
4. Annual filing service
For annualfiling.sg we prepare and submit filings from the information and documents you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you provide, and for your company's filing deadlines. Fees paid to government agencies are separate from our fee unless stated at checkout.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars and shown before checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
6. Refunds

7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse our sites: no scraping that disrupts service, no attempts to break security, no unlawful use.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kydos is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
