Kydos Pte Ltd ("Kydos", "we") respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address and billing details, so we can deliver what you bought and send receipts.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or through our WhatsApp tools, including your phone number.
• Tools: only what a tool needs to work. Each tool's page says if it keeps what you enter.
• Site usage: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, which uses cookies.

Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We never see or store them.

Why we use it

To deliver data packs and services, take payment, answer your questions, keep our sites secure and improve our tools. We do not sell your personal data.

Who else handles it

We use trusted providers to run our services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email), Netlify (hosting), Google Analytics (statistics) and Meta/WhatsApp (messaging). Some of them process data outside Singapore. We only use providers that protect personal data to a comparable standard.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements. Other data is deleted when no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing support@kydos.sg. We will reply within a reasonable time. You can also turn off cookies in your browser.
