Data packs (resaleshdb.sg)

Data packs are digital downloads, so once a pack has been downloaded it is not refundable. We will replace or refund your order in these cases:

You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment: full refund.
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we cannot fix it: replacement or full refund.
The pack is materially different from its description: replacement or full refund.

Report any problem within 7 days of purchase.

Cancel before we start work: full refund.
Cancel after work has started: we refund the part of our fee for work not yet done.
Fees we have already paid to government agencies, and filings already submitted, cannot be refunded.

Email support@kydos.sg with the email address you used to order and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under Singapore consumer protection law.
